Palmer's Skin Therapy Oil

I have always been a bit of a fan of Palmer's Cocoa Butter, I mean the smell alone is incredible I find myself wanting to gobble my arms up! So you can only imagine how excited I was when Palmer's sent me their new Therapy Oil to try out! The oil visibly rejuvenates and improves the appearance of fine lines, dark spots, uneven skin tone and aging.

I've been giving the products a go for over two weeks now and have noticed a great difference. The face scrub has a great consistency, not too harsh and not too soft. I feel deeply cleanse after using  it.
Next I move on to face lotion which again has a lovely consistency. I really don't enjoy thick lotions that feel as though they suffocate my skin from breathing.
Finally I apply the oil, I aim for upward motions to help fight against the elasticity of skin beginning to drop. Since having my little girl my skin can get quite oily, which if I'm honest, I'm quite happy about (oily skin ages slower you see) For you all out there who have dealt with an oily skin for longer however would prefer to stay away from adding extra to the skin. Trust me on this though, the facial oil is packed with Vitamin C, it's dermatologically tested and it really doesn't feel greasy but very nourishing to the face. Just like a luxurious facial in a jar that leaves you with a beautiful healthy glow to the skin, I even noticed my foundation had a dewy finish too.

So you are probably wondering if I have noticed a difference and I really have. Especially my skin tone, so even and clear. My horrid pregnancy mask has almost totally disappeared, this little skin routine couldn't have come at a better time for me. My pregnancy/newborn baby glow had well and truly worn off and it's really given me a boost again, I even went makeup-less for an afternoon of shopping!

If you are looking to mix up your skincare, or even try a facial oil for the first time than give Palmer's a go. It's gentle on the skin and on the purse yet still has the good qualities of a luxury brand. Just as the bottle says, its therapy for the skin! It's as though your skin has been laying on that leather couch, very Woody Alan-esque and finally had a long awaited breakthrough to then run through the streets with great joy, just like a scene from It's a Wonderful Life.... (see what I did there?)

So give it a go and let me know what you think cake lovers xo

please excuse the brows (covers face with hands)
